If you aren't absolutely in love with your baabaazuzu purchase, simply send it back to us within 30 days of  purchase. No questions asked. Please package the item as it came to you and fill in the form. If you selected UPS as your shipping method, for ease you can use the UPS return label provided in your shipment.  Allow 10 days for bbzz to process your refund.

Same thing with exchanges, fill out the form stating what you would like to swap for, within 30 days of your original purchase. If there is a price difference, we will contact you or refund the balance.
