- Shipping & Delivery Baabaazuzu offers UPS and USPS as shipping options. In the check out process you will be prompted to select your preffered method. Priority Mail average delivery time 1-3 days. Priority Mail International 6-10 business days. UPS options include: Ground 1-5 business days, 2nd Day Air 2 business days typically delivered by 10:30am, Next Day Air next business day typically delivered by 10:30 am. All shipping times are estimated, only UPS 2nd day and Next day are guaranteed. Our shipping rates are automatically calculated for you during the order process. These rates are based on the size and weight of your package. In your order confirmation e-mail, you will be issued a tracking number so you can monitor your zuzu on it's way to you.
- Privacy & Security
- Your personal information is protected by ourr SSL, which means that the payment gateway is locked and secure, indicated by the lock symbol you will see throughout the checkout process. Paypal is also a payment option for ease and security. Baabaazuzu only uses your contact information to proccess your purchase. We do not share our mailing list. You can opt out of our newsletter and e-mails at any time.
- Returns & Replacements
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please follow the instructions on the return form included with your baabaazuzu order. Exchanges, refunds and credits will be issued for the item value; shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow 10 days for baabaazuzu to process your return request. All items are inspected upon leaving our facility, baabaazuzu is not responsible for damage occuring in transit.
- Ordering
- All baabaazuzu original designs are one of a kind. The items pictured on our website are examples of our work. What you will receive will be as beautiful and in a similair arrangement of color, texture and detail. However it will not be identical.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All prices are in US dollars and subject to sales taxes. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
- Viewing Orders
- To check on the status of your order, simply log in to your account. This will take you to your dashboard, where you can monitor your baabaazuzu on it's way to you
- Updating Account Information
- Logging in to your account takes you to the dashboard, from here you can edit shipping addresses, change your password, review product ,edit your wish list., sign up for the newsletter and lots of other fun stuff.
